AMALGAMATION AND INSTALLATION – OXFORD ON THE THAMES NO 37!!!!
On Tuesday, September 29, the Grand Master will be in attendance in Ingersoll as King Hiram Lodge No. 37 and St. John’s Lodge No. 69 officially amalgamate to form Oxford on the Thames Lodge No. 37.
Following the amalgamation ceremony, R.W. Bro. Richard Langille will conduct the installation of the officers of the newly formed lodge.
If you know a part, or would like the opportunity to learn one and participate in this historic occasion, please contact R.W. Bro. Richard Langille at richielangille@gmail.com so he can begin assembling the installation team.

Tuesday, September 29, 2026 is the evening of the amalgamation of King Hiram Lodge No. 37 and St. John’s Lodge No. 68.
The Lodge will open at 5:30 p.m. and move from Labour to Refreshment at 6:00 p.m. Dinner will be served promptly from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Following dinner, we will return to the Lodge to continue the amalgamation ceremony.
A plated roast beef dinner will be provided at a cost of $50.00 per ticket. Only 80 tickets are available, and they will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The following Grand Lodge Officers will be in attendance:
- Grand Master
- Deputy Grand Master
- Grand Director of Ceremonies
- Senior Grand Warden
- Junior Grand Warden
Additional Grand Lodge Officers may also attend.
All tickets must be paid for in advance.
