Please confirm no later than Monday April 29\, 2024. \nThe cost of the Lunch is $44.00 plus 13% GST plus 18% gratuity for a grand total of $58.66 per person. Note that the tip is included. \nCostco offers a $100.00 Elmhurst gift card for a cost $80.00 which will reduce the cost of the lunch. \n           As always children are invited to attend.
